-pull stats for CS Team (call/email volumes, training satisfaction, web stats)
-setting up w/ Pramilla/Tom/Karen re: dashboard measures for our team
-add auto reply to my personal email (the one created by Jerrica)
-determine new dates/approach for new training classes. Would it be best to work on some of our items collectively?
-update EDP
-establish interview schedule for first and second rounds (needs to be modified from what currently exists)
-order office supplies (mirrors and glare screens--is this getting any better?)
-Update LEAD Team presentation
-Log customer service calls
Future things I'll be working on
-On boarding plan for new employee
-presentation for All Hands Meeting (Financial Services and Procurement Services) re: MyFD and the work we do.
-provide feedback to JK/PP re: exisiting Getting Started Guides (how will these need to change as a result of our new classes?)
-Biennium Close Training
-Using the "hunt" feature for our phones (to gather customer support call data)
-working with POD to figure out additional options for FFR Class (there's a possibility we could offer the class 2x/yr and supplement w/ our curriculum during other parts of the year)
Extra stuff to discuss/inform you of:
-Pramilla would like to meet with each of you quarterly, to check-in on how she can support you
-Pramilla would also like to occasionally attend out staff meetings
-Would like us to present "what we do" at her 5/22 staff meeting w/ her cust supp group
-Will hold a mini EDP session for our group and Procurement Customer Service Group
-Nebula has free computer training rooms in the Tower--may want to consider using them
-This week:
-Mentoring workshop (Thurs 5/7), and eFECS training check-in
-Who will teach Behavioral Nursing class? Jerrica?
-Gina Salois will begin tracking what types of JV requests they're getting--if they're getting them from central offices, they will eventually help GCA inform users that they should be using MyFD for transfers
-Suzette will be inviting us to her next FEC Training event
