Week of February 1, 2009

Activities from last week
  1. Bravo award & americanos given to Puja and Jerrica for their Training efforts at Bothell
  2. Canceled Tower auditorium and instead booked Electrical Engineering, room 403, for the lecture trainings
  3. Updated Google Calendar w/ new room location for lecture classes (now reflects new rooms)
  4. Notice sent to trainees registered for 2/11 class (hands-on class was canceled due to lack of computer classrooms - the room we'd originally booked needed to be used for an academic class)
  5. Completed "V'ella" document for Charles check-in w/her
  6. Budgetary figures, for using the excess Tower furiture, were forwarded to Michelle Lynch
  7. Budget # cards were sent to copy services (the card used for training classes)
  8. Scheduled team lunch for 2/12/09 at Fare Start (in lieu of Theo Chocolate Tour)
  9. Copy request sent to Copy Services for Administrator and lecture/hands on training
  10. updated Administrator training with new process flows and updated Website screen shot
  11. Began using Jerrica's suggested meeting format (reviewing weekly stat report in one meeting and setting up a separate meeting to work through group training activities)
  12. Began using Puja's suggested Weekly Status Meeting format via Blogger.

Goals for this week
  1. Reschedule CS/MB Check-in. 2/3 won't work because it conflicts with a meeting that's on Melissa's calendar.
  2. On group email this week
  3. Close out TT items - follow up to see if item #265 can be tested in test system
  4. look into creating needs assessment for biennium close - what would users like to see in training
  5. Finish booking SFS room for Biennium testing
  6. Follow up with Michelle Lynch re: funding for furniture
  7. Create spreadsheet to track attendance/no-shows so we don't have to keep the paper copies after each class.
  8. Meet with Christi to talk about eFECS approach for future phases
  9. Set up meeting for Lisa/Mike Anthony so we can talk about roles/responsibilities for future eFECS phases
  10. Pull monthly metrics for Charles/Melissa check-in
    -No show rate by class type
    -Call/email volume broken out by topic
    -# of classes delivered
  11. Look at enhancement list from November (sent by Jelena)
