- LEAD Team Retreat (co-lead all day retreat, took notes, facilitated Leader's Quarterly planning discussion)
- Lead review of FFR Materials with Financial Accounting, GCA and Purchasing.
- Sent eFECS proposed support structure of phase II to Jerrica and Puja
- Worked with Travel Office on hands-on training classroom options
- Asked group to have their top "pinch point" sent to me by 3/2 so I can get them to Cheryl
- Emailed Puja and Jerrica eFECS triage structure
- Check-in w/ Charles & Melissa
-reducing class offerings, especially those with a cost associated with them
-shared statistics (really helped Melissa and Charles understand what's going on with our team) - Sent recognition to two copy center staff (Jake & Ferris) for the great customer service experience (copied Katy Folk-Way on message)
What I'll do
- Finish adding MyFD activities to the strategy map
- Review queries e-learning and provide feedback to Jerrica
- Show RaeAnn how to blog
- Obtain final proposal for furniture installation cost, see if MAA wants any of our old furniture & contact Surplus so they can collect the remaining items
- Send notes re: LEAD Retreat, sub-group focus and next meeting details
- Make sure Cheryl gets the proposed Spring Leader's Quarterly agenda (to share with Ann & Sue)
- Send proposed Biennium Close Communications sub-team agenda to Donna & Pramilla
- Check with Erick to see if he has ideas for biennium close training objectives
- Meet with Susan Aaron Moller re: FFR and see if she can attend our post training meeting (to talk about what course changes will need to be made in light of budget sensitivities)
- Cancel one of each type of training class in march
Issues
- Need a back up for group email on 2/25 since I will be teaching FFR all day
- Attending a course on Time Management on Thursday 8:30-12:30
